A key piece of the open source story is the ability to marry open source to your Db2 or RPG investments. In this session, we will discuss how to connect to IBM i (including Db2 and RPG) from open source languages. We will cover various options for talking to IBM i from remote (Linux/Windows/Mac) systems, IBM Bluemix, as well as from applications running on the IBM i.
